McDonald's Raymond Terrace
If I could give a lower review I would. We purchased a Mac Chicken burger and a Fillet O Fish around 8.40pm this evening and both were drowned in mayo sauce. Very dissapointing and inedible. Not happy.

Burger was incorrect. Ordered double cheeseburger, was given a McFeast which is not the same. The food was hot, but the service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired.

I couldn't ask for more. Super friendly staff. Duty manager Ally was a grt example of customer service with a smile. Food order was swift and hot Coffee was what I asked for and it was a pleasant experience all round. I hope this young lady is promoted she is an excellent role model for future employees. Keep up the good wk Ally

Absolutely terrible service, waited for 25mins after ordering tonight. The attitude and lack of work ethic amazes me. One front of house staff had the decency to serve not only the walk in customers but also the drive thru, 2 other staff members were witnessed on their phones while more and more customers had entered and ordered in store.So all in all after a 25min wait, food was cold, kids icy had melted before we recieved it and yet again they still get the order wrong. I would not recommend this store to anyone who appreciates the food hot and made fresh. The franchisee of this store either clearly doesn't care or has no idea.Gave 1 star which is still overly generous.

We waited half an hour for two flat white coffees and cake and had to ask for the cake again when fifteen orders above ours were being served. The first coffee came out and the second one was later placed on the counter with no number attached, and it was not very warm. The girl made me feel that I was an over complaining customer. We won’t be visiting here again. It used to be such a friendly stop but since the ordering machines have been installed the customer service has taken a nose dive.SO SORRY THIS WAS NOT YOU BUT HEATHERBRAE.

The place was filthy with dead flies on the window ledge and tables and floor not cleaned after patrons had left. It wasn't busy but we still had to wait for our muffins after the coffee had been served. The table numbers had also worn away making table service impossible. The music playing in the outside area was blaringly loud. Not a great experience.

The food was as it normally is. Limited tables had 0 stains on them. The chairs also had food crumbs and spills drinks on them. I had asked for the table to be cleaned by a staff member because a blatant stain was still there!! They cleaned it fine though
