The experience with Grant and the team especially Zander and Maria has been absolutely amazing!! I knew we had to see Grant and the team when we were ready to finance our land purchase for the journey of building our dream home. Grant and his team have been absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough!Grant was first able to assist my mother in securing a home loan whilst on a single, casual income when other lenders had told her she didn’t have much of a chance. He was so honest and easy to talk to that when my partner and myself were ready to look into building our first home we went straight to Grant for help. Grant was amazing again as we were absolutely clueless about the loan application process and he was so patient as he guided us through it and taught us so much about first home buyers subsidies, the building process, LMI and every little aspect that went into our applications and purchase. Where to start with this team - they are just incredible! We got our first home loan with Grant a few years back and have recently refinanced to a different bank. Zander and Maria have been so kind, knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with this change. We have asked so many questions and they have always responded with such promptness and detail.
