really good, scooter didn’t get up to 70km but got it up to 60km which is more then enough, feel like manual could have been a bit more clear but besides that has been great

Nik has been a great customer service rep and seems to be available 24/7! The scooters are amazing fun and in combination with the excellent customer service I have to highly recommend Scoot N Toot over other websites. A bad experience trying to get my money back from Mydeal for a few weeks was rescued by the ease and quick delivery and old fashioned honesty from this lad, Cheers Nik!

Cheap quality for not cheap prices.Customer service is poor.Buy a reputable brand not this cheap nasty.Cons.1. Battery goes flat slot quicker than advertised.2. The battery meter on the screen never displays correct charge.3.Motor is advertised as 500w but is actually only 350w so is weak climbing the slightest incline.4. Tubes in the tyres go flat all the time needing replacements already.Only 1 pro - It is a smooth riding scooter.Up to you take a chance on the scooter.I did and i regret it big time.

spoke to Dan from watergardens and he was an absolute top bloke. i didn’t know too much about all about the products but Dan really helped me out and has got me over the line to buy an absolute beauty of a machine. See you in a few days

If I could do less than 1 star I would! I purchased the Get Up & Go Pro scooter mid May and it lasted 2.5 return trips or 10km’s in total before it stopped working… it won’t turn on even though the light on the charger is telling me it’s charged. I was asked to send through a video and photo of the problems which I did and then told to pull of the deck to find the VIN number… then I got radio silence and a text in another language talking about me but “accidentally” sent to me… I’ve been asking for a refund given the cost of the scooter and I kept getting told to be patient now I’m getting radio silence! Do not buy from these guys, their service I’m sure is great when their products work… but when they don’t… they couldn’t give two hoots about helping! I’m at the point where I’m considering contacting consumer affairs!** in response to the owners reply I just want to let everyone know that outside of replies to my text messages I have not been contacted once… nor was I ever told about the “correct method” for dealing with the issue… I am now also seeking legal advice regarding the accusations in the owners reply below and contacting the ACCC in relation to my entitlement to a refund.

Awesome communication and awesome customer service. Oh and I’m loving the scooter great value!! Will be definitely recommending
