Excellent service! Scott managed to fit me in last minute for alterations for my shoes. Was done and ready within a day of dropping them off. Very professional service and great work

I’m not Normally one that’s bothered by not perfect service, but when I ask for something I want to be listened to. I ask for a simple engraving with a plain script not cursive and was told the price and 50%off the second item I was getting and all the details were written down. When I went to collect my items they were engraved with a cursive font and when I asked to get it discounted because it was the exact opposite of what I wanted the little kid with glasses gave me such an attitude and told me he could only do 20% off the second item not the 50% that the same kid told me the day before. When I questioned it because I was told differently and he wrote it down for the 50% he just told me he knew what was written.Absolutely appalling service cannot recommend less.

I had a ring on my middle finger that I couldn't get of. Had tried everything; tying a string around the ring and finger. Vaseline, butter, soap all mixed together in icey water. Did not work, only made my finger swell up. Went to old mate at Mr Minit, ring was off in a matter of minutes.

Thought I needed a new battery for my watch. Without hesitation the lovely lady I spoke to today explained it may not need one as the type of watch was kinetic and solar. She explained exactly what to do to get it going if it was still possible as it had been sitting in a dark draw for a few years. She then said if that doesn’t work bring it in and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. Luckily for me it worked exactly as she predicted. That’s true service to me. Helpful and honest. This is not the first time I’ve felt that they have guided me in the right direction. Definitely my go t to place and give it a 10/10 recommendation.

Dropped in a pair of boots to have the soles glued back on, was quoted a price. When I went to pick the boots up the soles had been stitched back on as the glue wasn’t successful. Only charged half the normal cost. Very happy with the service and the knowledge of the staff. Not often you find this level of service and helpfulness in Mackay. Highly recommended

bought a Watch brand-new from the store across from Mr minuteFound the battery was dead when I bought it so the shop put it in at Mr minute to get changedThe watch was only $430Stainless steel backing with a slot top and bottom for the tooling to open the back.Whoever it was That did the battery service attacked the watch from the side and left small dents in the bodyQuite unnoticeable but still I feel I did not get the service required as they have technically damaged the product.I'm not really concerned too much because it is unnoticeable, mostly because it's on the underside so that's fine and it wasn't that expensive but what happens if it was a $10,000 or $15,000 tag watch, A Rolex, or A family heirloom. probably just Decreased the value by half and they would end up in court.I can only hope that Mr minute staff read this and and take note to have a little bit more of a look and see where the tooling slots are on the back of watches in the future thank you .apart from this service in the past has been okay

Absolute trash customer service I asked them twice to replace the entire key for my vehicle, tried to give them all the details to get the job done but the younger employees just dismissed me… was told to come back in 30 min to find they had not repaired the key then they proceeded to tell me to come back in another 30 min so they could do the repairs came back an they proceeded to tell me I need to replace the entire key… as that was what I requested in the first place but never received. Then they processed to get frustrated at me because they didn’t do what I asked

I am a regular customer at Mister Minit. Service is great and truly lives up to its name (a lot of things can be done in a minute or less, it's amazing!). The staff are very helpful and friendly and certainly know their stuff. And if they can't help you (which is rare), they will try and direct you to someone who can. The engraving in particular is amazing! Highly recommend it! :)

Despite the convenient location in Canelands central, this place is very pricey. The gate remote they sold for 100$ was available for 60$ on ebay!
