I can highly recommend Jacqui - she is amazing at what she does! In just a few months she helped me to balance my hormones and to feel so much more healthy and balanced. I now enjoy wonderful health after receiving Jacqui’s support and health guidance. While providing nutritional support and advice, Jacqui also helped me understand the importance of rest, stress reduction and being kind to myself in the healing process. Jacqui is really great at explaining what is going on in your body so that you can firstly understand what's happening within and secondly, implement whatever is required to correct or improve what the body needs, based on specific testing. For me, I was impressed by how accurate the saliva test was for hormones, after having Doctor's blood tests that came back 'normal'. Clearly this wasn't the case as chronic symptoms and a saliva test told a completely different story. The treatment has been spot on as my symptoms have basically disappeared now, just 4 months later. Happily recommend Healthful Wellness to everyone :)

This is such a beautiful clinic. Jacqui has such vast knowledge and is so helpful and sweet. She is an attentive listener and works out exactly what you need based on your symptoms and history. The service she provides goes above and beyond, even dropping my medications off one time on her way home as I was isolating (I don’t think this is a normal service she provides though haha), but honestly service like this doesn’t exist anymore so thank you Jacqui!

Highly recommended to regulate conditions such as and including cardiovascular health, hormonal imbalance, fertility, menopause, digestion, immune system improvement, stress, sleep disorders, allergies and skin conditions, migraines and also preventative health. This was a lifestyle change for myself and a positive outcome.This isn’t for everyone but it worked for me. I was open minded and needed to try something different.I also use the infrared sauna facilities and acupuncture.

I found Jacqui after being referred to see a gynaecologist for suspected endometriosis and only getting ‘bandaid’ solutions offered to me. It didn’t sit right with me to just cover up my symptoms which is when I came across Healthful... I’ve been seeing Jacqui for a few months now and my period pain and heavy flow has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!!! Jacqui has been a great support and is always available via email or phone if I have any questions or queries. I highly, highly recommend Jacqui to any woman struggling with their hormones or painful, heavy periods.
