What a great experience, we saw a stroller online and decided to come in-store to view the pram first. Maria was great at assisting us with the pram we were interested in and ended up walking out with a high chair and a toddler travel cot/play pen.Very happy with our experience at Silver cross today

Had such a lovely experience buying our first pram with Yasmin! She truly went above and beyond and gave us a really helpful demo to make sure we could choose the perfect pram for us - couldn’t be happier with the service or the product :)

I love my Silver Cross Pioneer, it's sturdy, reliable, and spacious. But a lovely surprise with the silver cross is the exceptional customer service at the Sydney shop. My friend who also has a silver cross told me to give them a call about some questions I had because she said they had been so helpful but I didn't expect them to go above and beyond.I had many question about taking my Silver Cross pram overseas and Yasmin patiently talked me through my options and even video called me to demonstrate how to do things with my pram. When she noticed the underpart of the footmuff was missing (lost), she sent me the underpart for free in the mail and didn't even charge me for postage. She was so helpful and encouraging and clearly has a passion to help new parents.

We had a lovely experience shopping for our first pram with Yasmin at the Paddington store. Really pleased with the pram we eventually decided on and she was very patient while we tried every single feature of the prams we were interested in. We are looking forward to receiving our delivery. Excellent customer service and great quality products.

We bought a pram from Brisbane store as well as car capsule and elevate adaptors. Very happy with the quality of the pram, easy to manoeuvre and the extra height really helps too. Received wonderful service from Maria.

My husband and I have had multiple great experiences with Yasmin in the Sydney store. Late last year we attended the store to compare the Dune and Reef prams. Yasmin provided full demo's on both and allowed us time to really understand the differences. We eventually decided on the Reef Earth, which unfortunately we could not purchase directly at the time. Since then I have spoken to Yasmin via phone on multiple occasions and she has been amazing, More recently I have made a purchase of another Reef on behalf of a friend for a baby shower gift and once again Yasmin has been so amazing to deal with, her customer service is A++.Thanks Yasmin :-)

What can I say about our experience at Silver Cross Sydney (Oxford Street) store, my husband and I are leaving with full hearts after having the most incredible experience. Yasmin is an amazing woman, with so much knowledge but more importantly love and care for her customers and their babies. We honestly could not have had a better experience. From the initial communications via telephone, to the incredible in show room demonstration, we are so glad we made the decision to make the 2 hour commute to the show room. Yasmin, thank you so much for an amazing experience, our hearts are so full. Promise to come and say hi when our baby girl arrives, Sj & Nath x

We had an excellent experience at Silver cross Paddington, the service was amazing! Yasmin is a hospitable person, she made my husband and I feel welcomed and comfortable, she is very kind and knowledgeable. She showed us multiple demos and gave us many handy tips about the prams. She truly made the travel worthwhile.

Great customer service, Maria the sales assistant was really helpful to decide which product to suit us and explain very detail for every product they have..Really happy with the service and the product we bought .Definitely recommend and will comeback to Silver Cross Brisbane Store in the future..Angela
