Customer service and communication is second to none. The pride you take in servicing your customers is very refreshing to say the least. I'd like to thank the fantastic team at Eco Demolitions for their excellent work. We have had several false starts to our knock-down rebuild project due to various changing council requirements and Sue was more then happy to help us through each situation. This included last minute re-bookings and making sure all of our paperwork was up to date and ready to go. Charlie who was our site manager listened and fulfilled all of our requests while regularly keeping me up to date on progress. Anything unusual that popped up he was quick to tell me and discuss the best way forward. To top it off my neighbours were very impressed with the team's work and professionalism, which is very important to me as it sets the tone for the rest of the build. We highly recommend Michael and his team. The demolition was carried our with complete professionalism. Michael door knocked our immediate neighbours to explain the demolition and the feedback from the neighbours was complete appreciation to have the processes explained to them. We were issued with our clearance certificates on the day the demo was completed, no delay. A special mention to Sue in the office who was always helpful in answering any queries. 100% recommend Eco Demolition.
