The vacuum was hopeless- if you need to do a vacuum, just do it at home as it'll turn out better. The vacuum had minimal suction and was a waste of moneyDespite pushing stop" on the outlet when I finished washing my car

The gentleman that served me had poor customer service. He was short with me didn't discuss the options or reasons for why the hire cost was so expensive. Just told me the price, then made sure the paperwork was done. I paid over $800 (not including the $100 deposit) to hire the slowest car in the lot for 5 days. I know this is not usually how things are done because there was another employee working beside him walking through the options with another customer making sure they understood the conditions and options available. I actually learnt a few tips for when I need to hire my next car.

Went there today for the first time. Used the automatic wash, I am impressed how clean my 4WD came up. Best car wash I have ever used.

Love this car and dog wash but dont tap your credit card for a manual wash .It says it only charges u for what u use ..however I gave my car a quick wash should have been 8 dollars charged me over 15 dollars.

Just went through the automated car wash on the too cycle ($20) and it was a joke. You know it’s never going to be fabulous but I didn’t expect to hop out & see blue wash or polish still dripping down the side of my car. I usually give my windows a quick wipe when done, because the dry cycle never dries, & lucky I did or I’d have gotten home & the stuff would have been set dry & hard on my white car. Think it’s time to try the new one on Fishery Point Rd, won’t be back here.

Management needs to do something about the pigeon infestation. The wash bays smell like pigeon nard, and you have to keep a watchful eye out for what's loitering above you while washing your car. My freshly washed car was crapped on by a flying rat before I even made it out of the wash bay.
