Took almost 1 hour before we got the first dish. The taste was OK but quite pricy. Not recommended as there are some many better restaurants around in Burwood.

1. Poor treatmentAs soon as I placed an order for dinner this evening, the female waitress demanded that I pay for my meal before my meal is served to me. I asked why but obliged with the demand.Soon after, a couple who had finished their meal stood up from their seat and paid for their meal.I have also observed that all other customers were not demanded to pay for their meals before their meals were served.This made me feel that I was treated differently because the female waitress looked down on me and did not believe that I could afford to dine at the restaurant or pay for my meal (even though I had only ordered 1 dish and 1 rice).2. Food quality and food tasteThe food quality is average - I ordered black pepper beef and the beef quality/texture was average.The food tastes average.I did not enjoy my meal mainly because the beef quality/texture was average.For almost the same price, I could be served better beef quality/texture at higher-class Chinese restaurants and also received better treatment.

This inconspicuous restaurant is well worth a visit. Been here 3 times and the food is always delicious. Their Hokkien seafood fried rice is one to order.If you’re up for a little something different, their mango prawn spring rolls are quite delicious. Don’t be thrown off by the eclectic combination, it actually works and rather yummy.

This is a restaurant that does Southern Chinese dishes and they also have a number of fish tanks at the front with live seafood such as fish, crabs, lobsters and so on. We came here once for my dad's birthday and found the food to be average, but not outstanding. The prices were good though but one thing I would like to point out is that the chef seemed to favour a thicker than usual sauce.
