Builder recommended this place. The staff were all really helpful and tried to find what I wanted. We couldn't and I was surprised when they suggested another company who may have what I wanted. That is real good service.

We saw the ad on TV & so went to the store today only to find it closed! Store doesn’t open until next Monday 10th January. Surely now the Christmas/New Year is over and all other businesses are open you would think any customers would be beneficial. Very disappointing

Staff very helpful and wide range of stuff. Just be warned if ordering online if that store doesn't stock the items they won't order it in it just gets removed from the order.

A lot of nice tiles but not much stock at time of visit & wait time was going to be 12 weeks

So disappointed with this business !!! I went in to pick some tiles as I already had a tiler lined up the owner ask me who he was and then ran this gentleman down being on my own I decided to take his advice even though this man had great reviews and a great price , national tiles where 1,800 dollars more and To my regret I decided to go through them .tiler was great tiles looked beautiful couldn’t ask for a better job at the end ,but the tile mess was left in the middle of my garage scraps of tile off cut and cement I had to have removed the four bedrooms where I didn’t get tiles the carpet all left lifted in doorways up passage the I kept contacting the company wondering why he hasn’t came back and finished but nothing back !!! Finally Did get a email stating I still had a small amount still owing to which I said the job still not finished she apologised when I told he what was left so I paid account that day the little that was remaining thinking it was going to be finished in but in end I had to pay a carpet layer as you couldn’t shut bedroom doors no reply’s back have learnt a big lesson !!!

Highly recommend especially the friendly professional service from Fiona. Fiona went over and above for us and left us feeling very happy with the choices and excited about our renovation project.
