Absolutely terrible. Please do not waste your time.We have had a terrible experience with this repair business. Dishonest and totally unprofessional. We have wasted three weeks trying to get a screen replaced on a laptop. Much stress. Do not go here!

RANKIN (GEEKS 24X7) IS A SCAMMERComputer would not boot.Rankin Quoted $100 labour to fix or $50 if not fixedRankin “Claims to be an expert on XP”Then advised it needs a new motherboard $695 inc gst.Extremely expensive but I approved as it was new year.Then Rankin advised he cannot get new motherboard drivers working.Then Rankin advised he fixed old Board for $495.00REFUSED to supply old parts when I requested it.Rankin said Computer is working and then Rankin tried forcing me to pay an extra $495 for a new Hard Drive to make it up to date. I advised I just want it working. Rankin said it is working.I refused. Rankin got very upset and angry. I told him no point doing it because I do not have the nearly $1,000 in total. He argued. I told him I do not have that sort of money.I paid the $495 just to get computer back. Computer would not boot.No parts were supplied. Because it would not boot on return, I offered Rankin to keep the $50.00 and refund the balance.Rankin has refused to give me any of my money back.I wasted $495.00 on a SCAMMER Lucky it was not the $990 he wanted.Rankin pretends to be clever, calm and cool and pushes so quickly. Rankin has the typical signs of SCAMMERS because he is is a SCAMMER. KEEP AWAY FROM RANKIN AND GEEKS 24X7
