I have never experienced such a rude and unprofessional manner. The man (Jode) who attended our unit was confrontational and rude. He ignored or just plain refused to do things in the order that we wanted (we wanted the dirtiest rug done last). He looked at our rugs and carpet and said they look alright to me in a very rude tone. He just didn’t want to do the job. When I suggested that we were paying for the service and we would like it done to our satisfaction (politely) he said “I’m leaving” and packed up and left without cleaning the carpets. He had only vacuumed at this point. I called the business to complain and the person I spoke with was professional and polite. He seemed concerned and asked if we wanted another service man to put it right. At first I said no, but then rang back a little while later saying we would like to give them another chance. I was then told that we couldn’t get anyone out for a week. I said not to worry about it. Very unprofessional. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want a professional carpet clean.
