Mai at Integrity Legal Specialists is one of the few solicitors I am happy to recommend because she has the rare combination of warm communication and the ability to summarise and explain contracts in non legal speak... combined with a solid efficient work ethic, good turnaround times and the ability to conduct hardened negotiations when required. I found the firm on the Whirlpool forums. The lawyer, Mai Dang, who helped me purchase my first home, was fantastic, very nice, extremely patient, and very responsive! And not to mention her fees were great value at a flat rate! Highly recommended!

We found Mai through a recommendation on Whirlpool forums and used her as a conveyancer for our home and land package over a two year period. She was excellent. Very patient and kind and explained everything to us clearly. She was very responsive to our many emails and phone calls. She made the conveyancing part very easy in what was otherwise a stressful build. We liked her so much we even did our wills with her. She made that super easy too. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Mai has done fantastic job as a vendor's solicitor. Her good work ethics is obvious as she is prompt, meticulous and she gave lots of heads-up. I actually stumbled across Mai’s legal practice as I was looking for a conveyancer/solicitor around my area to help me out with my first home purchase, and after working with her, I can’t recommend her enough. It was my first purchase, and naturally, the process was quite daunting for me. However, having Mai as my conveyancer/solicitor made it all feel seamless and took away a lot of the stress. Throughout the entire process, not only was she an efficient and effective negotiator, but she was also patient and responsive to my many questions. We needed a solicitor for out first home purchase and was recommended Integrity Legal by our broker. We have only met with Mai once, all other communication was done over the phone or by email, but overall couldn't recommend them enough. Fair pricing, great attitude and very good help.
