7-Eleven

Just saw the craziest thing at this store. I rocked up about 2am to find the door locked (nothing unusual here as its for security). The squishy machine in just in the door to the left and there was a girl getting a squishy and lots of other expensive junk food. The next thing I see is Apu (or similiar) grabbing the girls arm and ripping her away from the squishy machine and yelling at the girl . I'm watching in disbelief . The girl is a tiny skinny girl and this guy is using aggressive force on her. Now you are probably wondering what caused this assault. Apparently the girl had started at the squishy machine and was taking sips from her squishy as she was shopping for other munchies and went back to top up her squishy before paying. Yes, she made a minor mistake but nothing requiring violence. The squishy is $1 and she purchased about $15 worth of junk food which their cost price would have been about $4 so $11 profit. The total ended in 95 cents so she was due 5 cents in change. She didn't care about the 5 cents as who would (especially after you've been assaulted) so apu kept the 5 cents out of the till (will pocket it later I'm sure). THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS !!! The girl even apologized to Apu but he never apologized to her.

Sells food products.Yet a 7-11 employee was smoking on the property, 4 metres from the door. Many more from the property line.First time I've seen this employee, I've been coming here 3 times for 12+ months.The young man with ear decorations.

Like most 7/11 this place is a ripp off

Use to be good but now change of ownership has seen new staff with really poor customer service. New overweight blonde manager relies on excuses instead of ensuring correct stock is ordered.

Always friendly staff. Good for a slurpee on a hot day. Good for snacks and coffee pre and post night shift! Good 7-Eleven.

Probably the best 7/11 I've seen so far in brisbane. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

It’s always a pleasant experience at this 7/11 but the employee who stands out the most for myself, a number of my friends and even my son, is Ty. Ty is honestly an absolute delight. He literally puts effort into making, what is a short shopping experience, a memorable experience - where you feel valued not just as a shopper but a person - you honestly can’t just not walk away feeling somewhat lighter and happier.Ty is a credit to 7/11 and I’m sure many more in our community feel the same.
