After calling many computer repair companies that wanted to rebuild my Apple 2011 Imac computer without even looking at it because of its age I called BITSLTD and Lance responded that he would call me back within 40-50 minutes on a Saturday. When he called, he said do you have time to fix it now ?"

Can't recommend Lance highly enough! Had issue of PC not booting up and he solved the problem quickly and cheaply. He also helped me with some other issues and really went above and beyond. Had problems with home computer – suspected virus/hack, hence, needed IT support. I contacted this company and an appointment was organized for later in the day. The IT professional (Lance) attended appointment on time. Lance was someone who demonstrated a good work ethic along with his vast knowledge. Found Lance was happy and disposed to answering my many IT questions. The customer service skills I found to be excellent. My computer was in top working order when he was finished and to top all of this off? Very reasonable rates. Overall a very positive experience. Will be using this IT support company in future. Highly recommend.

Am so pleased with the work done today. Great to have my large comp back, and my large yellow keyboard back in action with that comp.........as a senior, I so needed that!! Lol. The smaller laptop issues were dealt with too and I have to say that I am happy to have my 'life' back, so to speak. Thank you so much. You will certainly be the first person I shall call if/when I need a good IT person again. Thanks once more from a happy little vegemite!! (I was late coming to computers, but would be lost without one now.)
