Just had my nails done here and wow! So good, the male worker who did my pedicure gave the best massage I’ve ever had. The shop is so clean and pretty, and they offered the girls and myself complimentary teas. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional and bad service ... I booked for eyelashes filling at 8am. They forgot my booking and opened the shop at 10. I was waiting for 2 hrs from outside. They did sorry and I did tolerate.Next time I booked at 12.. coming on time they said I booked 11 and not fit me in as others booking full..well assuming my memory was bad . Should they call me at some time passed 11 to confirm with me while not seeing me in.?30 mins driving away from home just very disappointed the way they are.Wish their business not last long as very wasting my time from time to time...so up set =((

attentive staff and nice job. did gel nails. they look very nice but seem a bit too thin. hope they stay long enough. over all happy with the service.

Not 100% unhappy with the final product. It is OK. But not great - uneven and messy. Got SNS and am left with black and glue all over fingers. I understand it will come off but i dont pay $45 to leave feeling incomplete. Got 2 cuts from the cuticle cutter. Lady was soo inconvenienced that I chose black. And stopped halfway to clean her own nails. She should be prepared for this. I don't speak Vietnamese but she was definitely talking about another client with her colleague. Wouldn't bother paying the extra to go here next time. The other ladies seemed lovely but wont be back.Edit 2.12 nails are all off started chipping and cracking a week in :(

I really liked the pedicure service, a girl with blonde bangs, took care of me very well. the guy who did my hand nails did my cuticle perfectly, it's very difficult to find someone who does the cuticle so well, I loved it!

I'm always a little nervous going to have my nails done but I didn't need to be visiting Palm Nail and Spa. The lovely ladies were very accommodating when my daughter and I arrived without an appointment. We had a short wait before relaxing for a manicure for myself and gorgeous acrylic nails for my daughter. Overall it is a very clean bright nail spa, staff were very friendly and we left very happy with our pretty nails. Look forward to returning.
