Booked straight in, was told up front how much my Tiguan service would be. Car was ready on time for the agreed price and the Manager Marcus took the time to explain to me future work coming up. My VW was cleaned inside and out. If this is the service level would definitely recommend them.

Have been an Austral customer for a few years but I am done with overcharging and poor service. LeMans have been a completely different experience and my Golf is running so much better, the service is superior and better value. Wish I had found them sooner.

As a prioer customer i was pleased with the service provided, but my Tiguan was making a noise about two weeks later. Returned to the workshop and they pulled out a large peace of plastic that I must have driven over. No charge which was good.

Had a great experience recently with the manager Kelvyn! Not only was he extremely helpful but he was patient in working through an intermittent issue on my car which I believe has been resolved, my car even received a complimentary wash each time I had to take it back. Would highly recommend speaking to/booking in with Kelvyn!

Been going across the river to Milton for many years with my Golf GTI. Now there is a LeMans at West End and service was good there also. Clean modern workshops with knowledgeable and helpful mechanics at fair prices. I have and would recommend LeMans for Volkswagen.
