Cafe Management: You need to train your staff very well. Uncouth rude elderly staff member was rude to me and my pregnant wife on 25/6/2023. Timing between 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. If your staff doesn’t want to work or lazy to serve, they shouldn’t be working or in the wrong job. If you are overburdened with work, does’nt mean yelling or aggressively loud. Was waiting to be served, elder lady staff walked in aggressively, threw her glove’s aggressively in the bin, asked me loudly what do I need? Asked my pregnant wife aggressively what jaffle she needs? She was slow to reply as she is 8 months and uncomfortable. If you don’t wanna work, just don’t work. Happy to give more details if contacted. The younger girl staff had witnessed it too. If the elderly staff thought, she can get away with her attitude, sorry to say, you won’t be getting away

I frequently go to Apco in Geelong North for the food and coffee. Sushi rolls are always fresh, with a wide variety to choose from. Fruit salad cups are delish, made with a balanced mix of perfectly ripe fruit. Donut selection pure evil (hey, you only live once). Laney’s lattes are always made to perfection. And Kylie’s iced coffees will rock your tastebuds into meltdown - a perfect shot of real coffee, a delectable ball of vanilla ice cream, and finished with velvety smooth whipped cream. All the women who work there do an amazing job. They’re always smiling, and always welcome you with a nice warm greeting. Highly recommend Apco in Geelong North for the amazing food, perfect coffee, and excellent customer service.

Most of the time they have better prices on their fuel. There's always people there. They even have coffee ☕️ that's good and not bad for the price you pay for it either. Don't think I've had bad customer service from there either. So all in all got to be happy with that

Great patrol price been here many times but watch out for a silence treatment from this lady, idk if she’s racist or tired. But For the first time at 2:19pm, I greeted, made my payment, said thank you. Next customer behind me got the ‘hey’. Not a word or gesture from her to me. Damnnnn my young blood was boiling. Gonna keep coming but hope I don’t see her.

Don't order from here on uber up the prices and don't deliver what you order. Coles now deliver and are much more reliable in providing what is ordered on the app.

One of the best petrol and food places when we come into Geelong. The cafe is always so clean, and the food is great. I also like their local produce - the arancini are made locally as is the quiches. They are great value.

Best jaffles and dim sims. Always good prices for fuel.
