I highly recommend going through Gold Property Partners if you are considering building. Right from the initial meeting with Tim, I could tell that my build process was going to be a lot easier than I had initially anticipated and not so daunting. Tim has so much knowledge, is very thorough and was always trying to get the best result for me from the initial plan designs right up to the final inspection and handover. Tim, Kelly and all the girls (Brooke, Kylie, Keira) who have helped me in the office have made the journey so much easier and enjoyable. They have also all been available to help me with a few things and answer questions post handover, which just shows they will go above and beyond for their clients.

Gold Property has been an essential part of our building process, they have the knowledge and experience to support you throughout the entire process, also GPP has been very responsive and able to address our questions, doubts and in many occasions gave us advice and guidance. If you are new to the building process or not close to your construction site we highly recommend GPP to support you thru your journey.

Kelly and Kylie were extremely thorough in checking everything associated with our build from construction drawings to all the inclusions we added and making sure they were not missed. Overall happy with our experience.

It has been a rollercoaster of emotions with the current situation the world is facing with Covid and certainly the building industry taking a great hit. But amongst all that, if it wasn’t for the great team at Gold Property Partners, specially Kylie, I would amongst the several people who still have not received their homes. They were always quick to respond and stay on top of it. Rod at the beginning was a huge help when choosing my site, and giving me tips of which was good and which wasn’t, and at the end, everything worked out great. It is nearly 12 months since my house was delivered, and Ive just received an email from Kylie! So even after all this time, this great team still checks back. Definitely recommend for first home buyers like myself. Cheers guys.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Gold Property Partners. Despite having chosen them to represent me in building my home, I felt like they didn't have my best interests at heart. Instead, I felt like they were siding more with the builder's interests. I had several issues with the builder during the construction process, but Gold Property Partners never seemed to take them seriously or address them adequately. It was frustrating to feel like my concerns were not being heard or taken seriously. I expected Gold Property Partners to be my advocate and help me navigate the building process, but they fell short. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using Gold Property Partners as they don't seem to prioritize the customer's interests.

We could not speak more highly of our experience with Gold Property Partners. From our initial consultation with Tim in August 2021 to handover in April 2023 (and beyond), we have been blown away with the level of service and knowledge offered.We built from interstate during COVID and were connected to Gold via a recommendation. Tim listened to our preferences and was able to provide us with a near-perfect floor plan to suit our needs, which we then tweaked to create our dream home. Tim, Keira, Kylie & Kelly supported us throughout with utmost professionalism, and we truly felt they had our best interests at heart.As always with building your home, there were challenges along the way, however the Gold team took on most of these difficult conversations, which minimised the stress and made for a much more enjoyable process. The additional inspections and Tim's knowledge of QLD regulations also meant that additional defects were picked up and rectified prior to handover, that would have otherwise been missed.We honestly cannot fault our experience with Gold Property Partners, nor could we imagine going through the build process without them, and have recommended them to anyone who will listen!

As first time home buyers and builders, there were a lot of areas during the build process that we never would have thought off. Having their expertise and advice has been invaluable. Keira and Kylie were great at keeping us updated on what was happening during the build and always quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Gold Property took care of all the hard work and headaches for us all they way through to handover. Because of Tim’s help at the practical completion inspection we felt so confident in the final weeks before handover that we were going to be moving into a home finished to a high standard.We would definitely use their services again. It might not be an easy process to make customize plan but your team member Rod assist us in a very efficient and friendly manner that, we now reach to the step of building home.
