Customer service so helpful. Explained everything so that l fully understood all options. So quick to answer phone and email queries . Would not consider using any other Company to manage my Salary packaging

Bad customer services, and two times I didn't receive my living expenses with them, unhappy with them. If I can give less than one star I would do that. unrecommend at all.

I have received auto generated email with link to confirm my email address. The website will not send a verification code to my work email even all email folders are monitored. I tried manually but apparently my work email is not in their system (even they have send me an invitation link).I tried calling them 3 times but they are soooo busy and keep promising someone will call me back, but that never happened. Now I'm on hold for 1 hour and 43 minutes while writing this review.Update:Later that day after leaving this review I received a call from someone with higher authority in the company who was not happy about my feedback and immediately took action and fixed the issue. Now I have access to the system and appears to be working fine.

Incredibly helpful. They dont have long wait times on the phone. They provide exceptional service. They resolve problems very very quickly. 10/10

The worst salary packaging business I have ever had to deal with.I set up my packaging and then they never did it in my first pay cycle but charged me 179 dollars I emailed over a month ago about getting to the bottom of it and haven’t heard back absolutely a joke

I am not impressed with this organisation so far. I submitted all of my documents in December and went through 2 pay cycles without any salary packaging. They did apologise for this but did not fully explain why this had happened. They also don't seem to have any of documents I submitted with my on line application.

Very slow people to set you up in the system for the Salary Package.Had it been a credit card request, would have come in no time.

Her customer service is of the highest standards and her willingness to fix any issues or concerns I have is so much appreciated. She has gone above and beyond for me and many of my colleagues.I have talked to colleagues that have had so many issues with other customer service consultants and I instantly recommended Miranda to them and their experience with her is amazing.If anyone should be recognised it's Miranda for delivering the most professional, patient and caring customer service.Thank you
