I recently moved into my new home and was having issues with my gas ducted heater. After calling a few places, I spoke with Ben from The Heat & Cool Service Group. They sent someone out the next day and fixed the issues. Very impressed with the workmanship and timely manner in which the issues were resolved. Highly recommend this company

Called up to get my Evaporative Cooler fixed. They sent someone out the next day to assess, they had parts in the van and fixed the issue that same day. If I could give Matt and his team more then 5 stars I would. His customer service is what won us over and the quality of service was second to none his team were east to deal with and they cleaned up after themselves. The repair on our wall funace repair was done within a day of calling I would highly recommend.

Plumbing service not only at my rental but also my residence was performed with a minimum of fuss. Photos of work done was also included on central heating unit. If I had any questions on work done, I could ring up Ben and he would clarify them for me. I would not hesitate to call on Ben for any plumbing and electrical work in the future. Happy customer.
