I've been using Dean and Sally for several years now. They are good communicators, thoughtful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

Dean will not help long-term tenants resolve issues with intimidating body corporates. Instead, he will sit back and do nothing as innocent people get bullied out of their apartment when they are the victims of threats of violence and assault. Also, he NEVER answers his phone and it took two weeks to get our oven fixed.

Dean and Sally have been a dream team to deal with - from the get go, Dean was super accommodating and really fought for us when we had to push our lease start date a couple of weeks. My partner and I loved the apartment and Dean knew that and did everything he could to manage the owner and ensure we got the apartment.This is where Sally came in, super responsive and helpful. When COVID hit, she did everything in her power to make sure we would be alright financially and negotiated a temporary lower rate on our behalf which the owner accepted. Without this, we would have struggled a lot financially. Additionally, she was always very informative whenever I had questions and on most occasions, was able to reply to my emails or phone calls within an hour or two.My partner and I will miss these two as property managers as they have set the bar impossibly high. Will be hard to find another team of property managers like them.Keep up the good work Dean and Sally!Regards,James & Tahmina.

Easily the most professional agency that has ever looked after my property. Dean and Sally know their area, understand the business and provide the service you need. Its all about communication and they do this very well.

If you want your property managed professionally DO NOT use DS agency. They do not answer phone calls or emails. They do not return phone calls back on left messages. I have tried 2 mobiles and land line the same result goes to the voice message... I've tried getting in touch with them for the last 2 weeks with no luck.

Responsive and Professional. Ds has managed our lutwyche property for approx 18 months now.They helped us through the covid period finding an ideal new tenant in just 2 days over Easter. Would highly recommend dean and his team!
