My car became a total loss due to another driver disobeying a stop sign. Thankfully no one died or suffered a life-changing injury. After the first shock and the joy of being alive, I realised that I could not open the boot to check if there was anything valuable in it. When Joel arrived on the 4th of July 2022 in the afternoon to tow the car, he didn't just open the boot for me, but he also helped me empty it - in seconds, yet taking care of things! All of that on a very busy road. He helped me without any issues, and giving me a bright smile when done. Thank you MackTow!

Deadset grouse service. Old mate rocked up quickly, bent over backwards to get my car home safely, which was incidentally a good 40 KMs away. Ended a terrible day on a half decent note. Cheers

Called after wife's car broke down.Staff were helpful over the phone and arranged a prompt collection of my car and took to mechanics workshop.I thought pricing was good compared to other quotes I received.Was Extremely happy with this hassle free great value service and will use and recommend to my friends.

My daughter had an accident tonight. No one injured thankfully but very shaken up. Scene was attended by James who expertly towed her car out of a tight spot. He was super helpful, very friendly and extremely kind to her when she needed reasurrance. Very greatful to him. 5 star service. Thank you James.

Rang to book my car pick up from repairer for 9am. Travel time to my home is 1 hour. 10.30am no car I ring get rudely transferred they have it booked for the following day! No apology but say they will deliver by 2pm At 3.30pm still no car speak to someone he doesn’t handle that, get transferred apparently it’s on its way but won’t tell me where it is or how long, so rude. 4pm the driver rings to say he’s out the front of my house.......he’s not, he’s in the wrong suburb! A whole day wasted waiting because of rude, incompetent staff. Do not use them.
