I've been using Raclo for over 10 years for our sliding gate and we'd never go anywhere else. They respond to our calls and emails quickly and solve the problem promptly. Their pricing and people are fair, honest and helpful.

Can't complain, very efficient and work to perfection. The response for after sale service was 24 hours, it can't get better.

A delightful, positive and 5 star experience with Raclo!!We had a regular company looking after our residential gate. Their services were very unsatisfactory. After several calls, and on each call, they promised to attend to the problems within a day or two. But never turned up. This went on for several weeks. We finally decided to call Raclo. From the beginning our experience was positive. Michael was courteous over the phone and promised someone will attend to the situation within a day or two. Same day in the afternoon I received a text message that a technician will be coming 7 am next day. The technician Jim turned up before 7am and started working on the problem and did not ring the bell until 7am to avoid disturbing us. Jim was a very polite man and rectify the problem within very short period of time. We are very impressed with Raclo services all around and recommend them very highly.

Raclo is a company I would recommend to everyone. They are professionaland friendly. They always try their best to solve any problems with my gateand garage doors. Their prices are reasonable as they always offer excellentresults. I have been their loyal customer for over twenty years.

From the first contact with Raclo regarding repairs and servicing of our remote gate their on line service was exceptional.Once the service technician arrived on site as arranged he was familiar with the style of gate and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes.Raclo are a very efficient operation and great to deal with.

Couldn't be happier. Melissa and Jim are amazing. Their services were so quick and such helpful/friendly people to work with. We had a communal strata garage that is outdated and needed an upgrade. Melissa was able to get Jim here the next day to upgrade for us.One of our strata remote controls also un-synced from the gate. Melissa worked with me over the phone for about an hour to get it working for us again.
