Kumon lessons with Ruchi have been extremely beneficial for my children. Ruchi is very invested in their personal progress and always provides detailed feedback. Over the many years my family has been with kumon, I have seen remarkable results in the Maths and English capabilities of my girls. Despite the struggles of the pandemic, Ruchi has persevered through and continued to provide stellar guidance for my children online. I am extremely grateful for her dedication to tutoring, and highly recommend Kumon Tarneit.

Google should have negative star rating too. This lady Ruchi claims professional with totally unprofessional behaviours. She's too busy for her clients. Doesn't even have a manner to answer and, or reply calls, emails. Absolutely disgusting.Ruchi Arora from Kumon Tarneit, Victoria, is too busy for her clients. Don't even have a manner to answer calls, text message, voice messages, and email.I took my daughter for assessment on 28th Feb, 2022, and I've received test results email on 2nd March. I thanked and replied her email on 3rd March, and requested her to advise me the next steps and send me enrolment form and other necessary details. But to my surprise, I didn't hear anything from her. I waited for a week and called her on 09/03/22 at 04.02 pm, she didn't answer the call right away. And when she returned my call after 3 hrs, at 07.00 pm, I missed her call. And I called her back the next day on 10th, at 03.06 pm and 08.06 pm, as usual she didn't answer.She returned my call next day on 11th at 12.03 pm, which unfortunately I missed and I called her back after two hours at 01.56 pm, again same thing. Didn't answer my call.I again called her on 12th at 10.16 am still no answer. And I sent her a text message on 12th at 10.20 am stating the following...Hi ruchi

By far the worst. Ruchi is running a business, it's not for kids benefit but her. No human touch, not even smile exchange while talking to kids. Kids feel belittle and bullied. Communication, professionalism and quality is absolutely pathetic.

Been purposely missing classes in kumon and there was no question of my whereabouts and don’t get me wrong, Ruchi is a nice person she cares about you, your progress and is nice to you as long as you do the work correct and are respectful to her, but I still find the whole “kumon” process is way to repetitive. Thus I’ve been missing lessons and show little to no interest in getting as close to entering the classroom and it’s not like i haven’t tried, it’s only that every time I try to convince myself to go in I’m immediately reminded of the overwhelming grind and now I no longer want to go. And my final pet peeve for kumon is the fact that it was, at first, beneficial as i was terrible at even the most basic arithmetic but now me and my class in my actual school have progressed into linear algebra so the whole ‘e’ and ‘f’ section is simply annoying.Even worse my parents are convinced kumon can still help me and force me to continue the lessons. I respect my parents and their decisions but this is where I draw the line…
