Bought a 2008 Hilux from Alpha a couple of months ago. Needed a bit of TLC for some minor issues but very happy with it considering the age and price. I see in some of the other reviews that there's been a few bad experiences with major issues cropping up, but a used car is always a gamble...

Excellent trustworthy customer service and I love how Paul and Chris coordinate well together, which is great and very professional. I just purchased a vehicle today and loving my Toyota Camry already, great reasonable price as well for its mileage. Thank you Chris for following the coronavirus restrictions as well. Greatly appreciated all!

Bought a car two months ago. Was told everything was good and that it was great on road.Has become to dangerous to drive and I'm looking at $4,000 to $5,000 in repairs. The car should not of even passed a roadworthy.Sales like this make me lose trust in people, absolutely trickery by Chris.Would recommend you stay away

Wasn't very happy with the service, I asked questions about the car I was purchasing and I felt he was so busy talking about himself and never answered them. When I asked again he just deflected.It was upseting when I picked the car up as it was dirty yet I was told it would be detailed but he just ran a hose over it and said he used dishwashing liquid to clean the outside, (which you should never use to wash a car)I excepted better service when I payed full price for the car.I also felt the way the salesman spoke to me was so dummed down because I was a lady and kept referring to a man helping me with things, which was pretty infuriating!!Excepted better service!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Alpha Car Sales. They had a particular car I was after. I did some home work after seeing some bad reviews. I learned that another yard with a similar name was the target of the bad reviews! I tried Alpha Car Sales on and engaged with Chris. After the usual parry and joust I found Chris to be reasonable and fair. If you see a car you are interested in, at least speak to Chris and don’t baulk because of some misguided Criticsm. 2 months later, car going strong and I am happy. I gave 4 stars because I don’t believe in giving 5 stars or zero stars.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment we walked into the yard Chris was really friendly to myself, my wife and my children, He wasn’t a pushy sales person like some other car yards and we were able to make our decision with no pressure at all. Would definitely recommend this business as we would buy from here again in the future.

I have been there on 2 occasions, (1 year apart ) and both times the salesman insinuated repeatedly that I dont have enough money for their cars, simply because they are not willing to negotiate on price at all. He almost refused me to take a test drive until I told him 3 times that I had enough money, not like I was dresses in tatters either! I found it smug and rude.
