I couldn't be happier with the bed , it is beautiful to look at and beautifully made . The guys that delivered it and put it up for me were fabulous and so helpful , I cant thank them enough . Would highly recommend to everyone .

We received our 2 bookworm single beds today. They look very well made and are very beautiful beds.I am only giving the place 3stars for the service we received. The beds took almost 8 weeks to arrive. When we purchased we were told 28 days. We were given several different expected delivery dates. When I posted about it on their fb page, my comment was deleted and then I was blocked.Had they just been upfront about how long it was really going to take I would have been ok with that.I would still recommend the beds but just be aware they may take longer

I recently bought a bed from this store. Paul was quick to respond to missed calls. There were some delays in communication and delivery but Paul had already verbally told me, prior to purchase, about the expected delivery date to my city so I was aware there would be a few weeks delay. I was told of the expected time the delivery would arrive on the day and that was accurate. The team that assisted delivery and assembly were friendly, quick and efficient. Some ways to improve could be to have more measurement details on the website (ie we bought a trundle bed but weren't sure of the maximum height mattress for the trundle) and to have more information on the website saying that a delivery to another state might not be immediate, but scheduled for a future time.
