I've been renting properties around NSW for fifteen years.Yesterday was the second occasion this business has been employed by a Real estate agent I have rented from. Whilst I have found the technicians to be very efficient and courteous I am not impressed by the manner in which the call centre staff call you immediately and want to set up a time that suits them, for the next day. Real Estate agents know that under the Law, 2 days notice is required to be given for a smoke alarm to be inspected, but they appear to just pass the tenants phone numbers out because they can't be bothered to do the right thing and call themselves. Not everyone sits at home and is available to take time off from work at such short notice.Many thanks to the technician, Eleni who was very professional and efficient.

Arranged and cancelled two appointments with me just today, one at 8.30am and the other at 3.15pmThis is their 5th time not turning up for an appointment time that they've chosen. I called to ask why. They told their supervisor that they came to my home and nobody was home which is a lie, I have waited for them all day. I pity their customer service line employees, having to apologise for the tradies not bothering to turn up repeatedly. The phone staff are great but the call out employees are not reliable whatsoever.

I'm can't say anything about the technicians because I have yet to see one. My smoke alarm continued to beep non stop a few mths ago. Rang smoke alarms Australia. Long story short, I'm now up to my 6 or 7th rescheduled appointment for them to come service/fix my alarm because they never show up. I live out of town and have offered to bring the alarm in but was told couldn't do that. I have since put a new battery in and will be taking it to my local fire brigade to check it. The service is a joke. I'm so sick of tying up my dogs for nothing. Next time my smoke alarm plays up, I'm not even going to bother ringing smoke alarms Australia. Better of fixing it yourself or buy a new one

Beware Do Not Use EverThis company sends unsolicited emails through real estate agents investment property rent roll that is cleverly worded to scare you into believing you must use them for yearly smoke alarm testing and water saving devices costing $139. If you do not respond to their email to opt out" they will go ahead regardless

If i could give it 0 stars i would was told by technician an electrician is required to attend the property as fire alarm hard wired got a text msg same day they would be coming the following week and nobody showed up, then called SD 3 times promised a call back to reschedule never received it.

Do Not Use! Negative stars if I could! Paid for their service through real estate agent at a hefty cost, yet after check we never received the report, 6 months later when we asked for the report, we got sent half completed report with no photos attached because they apparently delete them after 6 months and don’t keep on file, absolutely horrible service, will take your money happily but does not complete the work. Stay away from this company.
