Shower facilities disgusting, no water pressure, toilets filthy. Very cramped. Honestly I felt dirtier after the shower. Shower pack provided however towel was threadbare and felt like it had been used hundreds of times. Body wash dispenser empty. In the main dining area there were dirty plates everywhere with empty food trays with two options. White rice and some sort of curry (empty with only remnants left). Better off staying in the general area, way better food options and cleaner. Extremely disappointing.

I have been a long time member of QC & love the service, convienence if the club.Very, very disappointed at the conditiin of the red chairs near the windows looking over the tarmac - they were disgusting. Heaps of stains on most of the chairs.PLEASE - get them cleaned or replaced

Amazing Staff! This location is also larger for the amount of members it caters for which is good. There is also a good view of Cairns' only runway.Otherwise the standard Qantas club food and drinks from all other lounges.

Great set up, the kids loved Joey club and there was a small but delicious range of food, Batista coffees and a bar serving alcohol. We'll definitely be looking forward to coming back, making travelling with a family soooo much more enjoyable.Update, been traveling in and out of Cairns using the Qantas club for a while now. Down side I have noticed the food is the same and has been for the past month and a half.

Wow, gorgeous views from this lounge. The food is better than the Qantas club lounge in Sydney and on the king's birthday public holiday around midday, was quite busy.I generally like to make myself a cheese, tomato and onion toastie and help myself to the nacho dip with rice crackers and corn chips. The drinks selection is decent, and it is quite a clean and comfortable lounge to wait for your flight.

GOOD COFFEE, COMFORTABLE SEATS BUT THE FOOD COULD IMPROVEThe Cairns domestic Qantas Lounge is modern and well designed with power and SUB outlets, various seating and table styles, toilets and computer work area.Food is OK but as there are few options airside of security you may want to eat before arriving.Staff friendly as always at Qantas Lounges :)

The worst experience. They asked me to leave after 20 min from getting in, They said they are closing. My flight was due for departure 1 hour later.The food is less low quality, there was no hot food...Please do not waste your money and time on such a lounge. Invest your money somewhere else.

Considering the size of Cairns airport, the Qantas lounge is quite large. Plenty of seating options. Food areas were clean, as were the toilets. Food options were quite good, although they ran out of the rice and curry and it took a while for them to replace those dishes. Good selection of wine and beer and cider also available. Large children's play area and Wi-Fi was fast. Not bad for a regional airport.
