Terribly disappointed with Chris... He came to check measure and then emailed me after a week that he couldnt do the work as he'd got a larger commercial job after visiting us that took precedence. Just hate it when companies dump you when a bigger fish comes along. Of course he had excuses but it doesnt mean we dont feel let down. If you engage him.. you might be next... so be warned
