Peter and his team at Air Fusion were amazing. I had several multi-head reverse cycle systems installed. The team were professional, arrived and finished on-time and left the work areas clean. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable about heating and cooling and gave exceptional advice. I highly recommend Air Fusion - you can't go wrong with them!

I had a split system installed by the tradies with this company this morning, and I was so impressed by these four young men that I am writing a Google review for the very first time. They were so kind, polite and respectful, quick and efficient, and went above and beyond, that my faith in our future has been restored. Since I've become an 'old bag' and a woman living on my own, sadly I've become used to being ripped off and invisible. Actually, the whole experience with this company has been a pleasure and smooth sailing, with every staff member I dealt with, pleasant and helpful, including the boss. His staff are a credit to him.

From the initial contact and consultation visit by Peter, through the various stages of the installation Peter and his team were very efficient and gave excellent advice and assistance with the various choices. When it looked like the installation had impacted the NBN they came back and were very helpful in solving a problem they did not cause. One important point was the removal and wall repair for the old AC, it was done expertly and with no left over hassles for us.

In April Air Fusion replaced our duel fuel heating and cooling ducted system with electric reverse cycle Daikin ducted AC. We are very happy with the professional advice, considerate installation and excellent outcome.

I highly recommend the Air Fusion team -from the initial advice and quote provided by Peter to the professional, reliable and respectful team that installed 3 new split systems in half a day! Their work was without fault, taking the time to remove all rubbish, leaving my house perfectly clean and tidy. They also explained the operation of each unit and set up the remotes for me. It is rare to find such customer service excellence these days - thank you so much Air Fusion!

We had a great experience with Air Fusion. Peter is very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice on what we needed in each space. The work we got down included removing an old air con and repairing the wall, including matching and installing bricks for the external wall. We're really impressed with how closely they were able to match the bricks.On the day of install all the trades turned up on time and the installation went very quickly. The systems are great and within 5 minutes of turning them on the house is toasty warm.We'll be using Air Fusion again to install more split systems in the bedrooms.

I have never had air-conditioning in a home before so I really didn't know what to do, but Peter and the rest of the team at Air Fusion made the whole process seamless and and the were very informative in what system suited our home. The people that came out to install were quick and polite and courteous with me working from home at the time. If I could give them 6 stars I would.Would definitely recommend them.Glenn
