Their contact came up on Health.gov.au website of places that could assist with booster vaccine for overseas visitors.Receptionist had no idea about it. I had to ask if should call somewhere else as she has not offered to even ask someone for the information. She then decided to ask the doctor and came back saying that my mum had to pay for the appt, but vaccine would be free. When I asked what documents would be needed, she then replied with I'm really busy

Drove a fair way to see this doctor despite being in a lot of pain because she was recommended by my sister. She doesn't take new patients which is fine but the receptionist was rude and gave me attitude. Fair enough your doctor doesn't see new patients but you don't need to be rude to patients. It was an honest mistake because I called just after Christmas and the receptionist said no appointment is needed just come in.
