Waited 15 minutes just for a can of V ? When I asked how much a can of V was the response I got was “I don’t know at the top of my head” and walked away. Wow terrible customer service.

I worked for this company I loved the job but the owner Andrew was absolutely the worst employer I have ever met lasted tree weeks the way he treats his staff is unbelievable Iiss that job but I don't miss Andrew

The customer service here isn’t to welcoming, my mother in law and I both felt like we were an inconvenience when we came to grab a coffee and some food. Not sure if the girls were having a bad day but sure left a bad impression to be able to want to return.

Went to this store to get 12 doughnuts to take home for lunch it was 10:45am and after watching the girls give out doughnuts to people that were served after me 3 times they then ran out of doughnut batter and the last doughnuts that went through the cooking process looked more like onion rings than doughnuts. My little one was crushed when I asked for my money back. To run out of doughnuts so early is Disgusting giving the time of day. It's called Doughnut King not No-ught King.

Fresh hot donuts and great iced coffee with crème. Average service but overall good experience. Easy location in the shopping centre and close to other shops. Lots of parking in the car park.

The staff need more sleep.The girls were lethargic and unwelcoming and would crack their faces if they smiled or made eye contact.I observed three parents with kids wait 3-5 mins and walk away.A senior citizen, when picking up the wrong tray, was spoken to in an abrupt loud tone as he was told, that's not yours!" It was startling for all of us waiting for our order.Either the staff don't get paid enough to care

Great shakes but donuts are expensive compared to Krispy Kreme and aren't of the same quality either if you ask me. Hotdogs at Donut King are discussing taste like they've been in the water all day. So all up drinks are good food is not.

Went in a small group and they didn’t have what our first friend wanted. All good, I get you run out of product, but then the girl just walked away and when she finally came back we were met with “And what do you want”. Was overcharged $0.40 for the combo, not a big deal either but it felt like a pointless conversation bringing it up as the dark hair girl looked like she just wanted us all to drop dead. Pretty terrible customer service, if you want to keep customers, try and treat them like human beings, especially with so many competitors around
