Quality Hotel Regent Rockhampton

Thank you to Fernando and your dedicated friendly staff for a lovely evening. We were there to celebrate our granddaughter’s graduation and you all went above and beyond to make it so memorable. We could not have been happier with your quality of food , friendly service and your generosity in making the night such a success. I would highly recommend your restaurant. Thank you again.

Wonderful hotel to stay in, beautiful, spacious big rooms, not to mention the amazing customer service from Fernando & the team. Meals were tasty at fantastic prices. Highly recommend staying here while in Rockhampton.

What an excellent building; great to see another heritage site saved and repurposed.Went for the breakfast on a Sunday. Super enthusiastic and attentive Team. A huge variety of buffet choices: from berries to cereal to pancakes to eggs to fresh fruit.Want to revisit and stay to enjoy the site.

Spacious, clean room with an extra large bathroom and shower. Comfy bed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We were granted a late checkout at midday for no extra charge!! We will stay again for sure.

WARING - This Hotel does not let you cancel a booking - I cancelled my booking with the Hotel a week before I was due to arrive, however, the Manager - Fernando Wipula would not and still does not listen or care. Cancellation proof was provided and ignored. I will continue to warn people as this theft can't be let stand.

Great hotel in a pretty quiet town so l think guests are a whole coach load or empty. Owners were wonderful, please stay for dinner despite what your tour guide says

Wonderful vegetarian meal and service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is that the wine list could be improved. Sauvignon blanc was at the economy end, but at $12 for a large glass, selling price was comparable to other venues offering better wines.

Lovely large room with king sized bed. Mini fridge, tea/coffee service available.Ate dinner outside on the patio along the street. Food and service both very good. Full breakfast also very good and well organized.My only fault was the location and this is not a reflection on the hotel at all, but a personal observation. Our tour arrived about 6 pm and the stores were closed. Situated close to dining, shopping and the river side walk , the streets were eerily quiet and I wasn't impressed with the area enough to explore further afield on my own.The staff were lovely and very attentive.
