Pizza Hut Upper Coomera
This used to be our pizza place until recently. They used to do really good pizzas that were great for Pizza Hut and we always recommend them when we had guests over. Since about December 2022 they changed and went down hill. Always over cooked and just not great. We gave it a few months because we had been impressed previously and sometimes it’s just luck of the draw. However, it’s consistently not been great for the past 6 months unfortunately which is a shame.

we ordered dinner from this pizza hut and it’s been ONE HOUR… ONE HOUR and we still haven’t gotten our food! we tried calling them many times but they hung up straight away! so we drove there and complained to the manager but even the manager was disrespectful and did not even stay and listen to us. they walked away and said that they’re in our street but we got home and waited about 15 minutes then it came. never going here again!!

We order order pepperoni pizza with a “DRIZZLE” of buffalo sauce and a cheese sticks (whatever is that called). The pizza was filled up with a whole pack of buffalo sauve which is not eatable at all. Cheese sticks looks terrible but still eatable as no choice no eat because the pizza was terrible as you can see in the photo. I work in hospitality industry and this is not acceptable at all.. I will not let my staff do this kind of thing. I don’t care if I got my money back but i will never order again

Ordered pizza for the State of Origin... Bad mistake & waste of $$$... VERY VERY VERY STINGY on toppings!!! I couldn't finish my first slice because it was just dough with cheese and 5 toppings. Absolutely no effort!.. A toddler would've done a better job with the toppings! Pizza dough wasnt fully cooked in the middle(doughy & soggy) Large chips is really a small! Unless they were stingy with the chips too! PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!! to save further disappointment from other customers.

Pizza delivery guy clearly dropped the Pizza's and couldn't get out of here fast enough.1/2 the Pizza's were inedible due to topping that slid off and rolled up.

Ordered Pizza. Waited 1.5 hours. Finally drove out to the shop. Complained to the manager on duty on 9th May at 8pm. Manager didn't even say sorry. Told us to go home and wait. We still waiting about 2 hours later. This is the worst pizza experience of my life.

My kids we sick last week so I decided to get them a treat and order some pizza only to be charged twice for what I ordered. Received the first lot and then when the second lot rocked up I sent it back with the promise of a refund. Since then I have called multiple times to try and get a refund for the second order and have been left with nothing but the promise of a call back. It’s been over a week now and I still haven’t been called cal and now can’t get through to the store! Not to mention the pizza wasn’t even nice. Don’t bother with these guys just get domino’s.

Ordered a big meal including around 16 wings, wings were red, bloody and raw. Took it back the next day only to be told I wasn’t entitled to a refund as head office said this is what the smaller chicken wings look like when they’re actually cooked. Never heard such a thing! Disgusting.. hadn’t been there in years and decided to give them a go because of the wings. Never again, totally foul
