Calisthenics is an excellent sport which allows girls to be artistic and perform in teams whilst also developing their strength, dance and gymnastic abilities.Avonde is more than just a club, it is a family which I am thrilled to have been part of as a member and now a parent.

I have been part of Avonde Calisthenics for 26 years. Now my daughter aged 6 has been competing since the age of 3. With life long friends made it is our 2nd family. Would highly recommend coming along.
