The prices they have advertised and what they charge are totally different. They make up some lame excuse that it will cost more. Then in the end they even changed more than they mentioned. Total rubbish.Also not at all the colour I was hoping for. I mean I paid so much and yet the greys are still showing what on earth seriously. Never again. Did I pay that much for a few highlights ??More than disappointed

I used HC previously (Jan 2023) and enjoyed my time, but they have since gone very, very down hill and increased their prices significantly.The advertised packages are a ruse. The full and half head of foils is essentially a capped amount of foils, and they will speak down to what the package offers you and instead tell you that you need back to back. This is double the price somehow.They will speak down to your previous experience with hair dressers, or the way you like your hair or the terms you use, literally staring down at you in the chair with an attitude all over their face. The extra amount you are charged plays no part in hair length or amount of hair (I have a large taper they were unaware of until after the quote, and my partner who has much much shorter hair than me went there recently and was quoted higher than I was).The goods used in the store are the same as the cheaper salons, and the training is all from the same Tafe. The only thing you get here is to hear a whole lot of complaining between hair dressers about the girl not on today/that just went on a break/across the room. Walking around on your phone at the back and eating food without properly washing your hands before you come back to manage hair is inappropriate. You also shouldn't be speaking about other customers negativity with customers around. Grow up.

Great everytime. Fantastic colour,cut,treatment and blow wave for 110 dollars on my very long thick hair. The staff are quick and always listen to what I want. Seriously so impressed everytime I get my hair done.

I've been coming here for years and today (18/10/22) was the first day in a long time the staff seemed genuinely happy. Michelle and the other two girls were lovely. I need a no appointment style hair dresser due to my work and family commitments but over the last few years every time I've gone my experience has been uncomfortable because all the staff seemed very unhappy (definately due to the boss, Tara's attitude towards them). I look forward to my next visit if the salon vibe is returning back to it's original community caring environment. I also really liked the music today, it wasn't too loud and it was songs most people would know, not the loud heavy rap that's been playing the last few years.

Great value for money. I suggest arriving just before they open so you can get in and out faster. I get the $55 package which is dye, cut and blow dry. I used to pay hundreds at fancy salons for a simple dark brown.

I used them twice in the past, for foils and the first time around back in Dec 2022, they did a great job for a fair price. Last time I had foils done in April 2023, the colour wasn’t great but I thought I’d giveanother go. Today I had done only root growth and they charged me a pack including cut and blow dry. The had electricity cut off! So no blow dry and I specified that I didn’t need a haircut. Plus the water was ice cold as they had an issue with the water heating, too. Bad service. Not coming back.

I went here for a blow dry and the quality is fine, what was not fine was the hygiene and cleanliness standard. The first thing I noticed were the basins which had other customers hair and hair colour on it, but I turned a blind eye thinking it was just the basins. All around the salon were other client’s hair trimmings that hadn’t been swept up. After my blow dry, the assistant used a brush to detangle my hair that had another clients hair in it, I almost gagged. Then, to add insult to injury, they brought over a trolley of round brushes for my blow dry, all of which had other people’s hair in them. I pointed this out to the person doing my hair, but she insisted they were clean, and yet I pointed out hair literally wrapped around the handle. I do not know how this place is still in business with their revolting and unhygienic practices- I will be reporting this business to NSW health but wanted to notify other potential customers. I hope I don’t get lice or an infection.
