I've been doing laser hair removal for a while and I've never come across to someone as meticulous and dedicated as Jenny Chen. I have the best experience in this salon with her. She has great knowledge and experience with adjusting the settings, and will take the time to give thought-through advice in regards to frequency and maintenance.Greatly recommended!!

Absolutely terrible customer service during Covid-19 lock down. I paid for my service and was booked. Unfortunately the Government introduced lock down on the day when I was booked for. The clinic booked new people after the lock down pushing me back into the queue while I called them several times and requested booking right after covid. I don't understand how people who were booked and paid cannot get priority booking. Its like waiting in the queue and being pushed to the back for no reason. They just lost a customer.

Skin needling is the best. Had over 5 treatments and it really works after the first few. Makenzie is great, she has brilliant skills and always passionate about her work. 10/10 for Warringah-Team *****

I have been coming here over a year for laser hair removal and occasionally other treatments. I can't fault the service or quality of treatments provided by Vanessa. She is helpful with enquires, makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond for her customers. She has a great chat too so treatments go quickly!Highly recommend this clinic.

I have been to Results Warringah Mall a few times now and must say they provide very thorough effective treatments. The staff are all so friendly & professional. The customer service is also outstanding.. by far the best laser clinic I've been to!

I seriously wish I remember the girl’s name who took care of me but I will never forget how compassionate she was. She spent so much time explaining ways for me to manage my acne and listening to my goals for my skin. I felt like she truly cared and she wrote down all of this information for me to remember with my troubled skin. Amazing service.

Have been going to results laser clinic for over 2 years now and have been having laser hair removal. The first year and a half was amazing, rotated between 3 technicians and all were lovely and thorough. My favourite is Mackenzie, she was/is incredible, she goes above and beyond in every aspect, could not recommend her more. However, in the six months or so the past 3 appointments have been extremely disappointing, have had new girls that I didn’t recognise and have left, every time, feeling upset and unsatisfied. They did not do a thorough job and they missed spots, and in the few weeks following I would be left very patchy. And that’s disappointing because it’s pretty expensive. Will continue to come however will only see Mackenzie from now on.Would also like to add, I had Brooke and was extremely disappointed, I found her very rude and was treated like another appointment rather than a person, I also found her lazy. The close weeks after that appointment the top half of my underarms grew back. And as I’ve been going there for 2 years I know what to expect. She also missed parts of my upper bikini line. The appointment before, I had another blonde women her name starting with L, she was also very disappointing. She was running 25 minutes late and the appointment felt rushed and unfinished. As I said earlier, I will now only see Mackenzie at the clinic again because she’s kind and treats you like a human being, and actually does her job. Without Mackenzie I would be taking my business elsewhere.

I don't usually write reviews but I must thank Susana for an amazing job she has done, she was very professional and took her time to ensure the job is done perfectly - thanks again, very happy with the results, will defiantly recommend her.

Treated by a different staff member almost every visit. Now left with burn marks from the last laser treatment. Staff are clearly not trained properly both on laser or how to treat burns. No refund offered and no advice on how to treat it. I still have treatments that I have pre-paid for but I won’t be looking to return. I would rather lose my money than return. I understand we sign waivers but it’s how a company responds to situations like this. Not a place I would recommend or return to.

I’ve been having laser done here for over a year easily. Mac is the most thorough therapist I’ve had honestly!! I’ve had a few different therapists at the beginning and they both missed spots and were fast with it. Mac takes her genuine time and explained to me the growth patterns and etc. She would go over areas properly and never had a complaint to bring up with her :)) and is so friendly and lovely and speaks so highly of the clinic and I’ve bought many products from her recommendation which I love. Only therapist I am wanting to get my laser done by is Mac she honestly is great. Ik this looks like the other reviews at the beginning but genuinley if you go to book in here at RLC. Mac is the girl but don’t book her out too much from me grrr
