Very expensive and low quality vapes. A vape that costs $25 in other store was priced $35 there.

Price is ridiculous. Vape which cost $20 at other places. They took $40 with me. It's a same one. I have been there before as well and experienced same thing. But my work is near, so forced to pay as much they asked for. I won't go there from now.

i bought vape from this shop was not good they are selling local vape there is no taste or flavour and it has finished in 2 days lol i went back to shop they are telling we cant do any things! but why? if you are selling please provide good service!!

i bought a vape from here on 24th or 25th of May, 2021.i took it out of the sealed box around 8 days after the purchase and charged and after i poured liquid from the nominated liquid tray following the instructions and thrn i proceeded with vaping, but nothing but liquid came.there was also substantial leak from the vape machine and it was leaking from everywhere, leak from tank, leak from smoke control thing, leak from charging port.as soon as i got time, i took it back to the shop only to be yelled at by the man behind the counter.he constantly said “i don’t know what’s happening, but i know it’s your fault, you did something wrong i am sure”.i told him, all i did was take it out of the box, charged it, poured liquid from the liquid tray (he asked me to show from where i poured the liquid cos he thought i did wrong but i showed him and proved him wrong).he constantly said he will not refund saying it is past 7 days of purchase, but i never asked for refund, i only asked if he could exchange with another one cos it could be a faulty product, but he constantly said “i don’t know what happend but it is definitely you who made the mistake” and he did not exchange it, he said “i am doing you a favor from my side, i will give you new tank and that’s it cos it’s your fault but from my side, not from the shop side, but from my side, i will give you new tank”i’ve worked in the retail industry and this is the first time i have heard that customer is wrong.very unhappy with the service, and will never shop at this store.
