The staff were all wonderful. We were on holiday and found rhe Doctor so very very professional and up to date with an extensive knowledge. The reception staff were happy ro help in whatever way they could.

Very professional staff and doctors. On time, and I never felt hurried out of there. They take the time to listen, which is a rarity these days.

This clinic has wonderful doctors. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Donna the receptionist. She is rude, grumpy, nasty and a busy body. She will ask why you are making an appointment and wants to know what is wrong with you. This is none of her business. She will also control who gets appointments depending on her perception of your status and if she likes you or not. There may be appointments available but if she decides you can't have one, then you will have to wait days and sometimes weeks to get in. She has often reduced children to tears and makes people feel very uncomfortable with her grunting and huffing and puffing when you need some assistance.

This is the best medical practice I have found in the region, and I should know as I am a difficult patient with complex medical conditions that overlap - in other words, I'm a doctor's worst nightmare! I see Dr Donald Liu, and he's a caring physician with a wide range of knowledge and experience. In short, he's great!The practice itself is very new and spotless, with professional and kind staff. You don't get rushed through the door with just a script in hand without a decent consultation and explanation as to why and how. If you are sick of health roulette then this is the right place for you!

Doctors are amazing but same can not be said bout receptionist Dona very impolite and nasty

Like many of the other review, the doctors are amazing. Dr. T. is super helpful and nice. The receptionist (who I'm assuming is Donna based on the other reviews), is very rude and condescending. I have a brain injury and speech problem, which makes everything a bit delayed when making appointments. It's crazy that someone who works in a doctors can be so blatantly rude to people.
