These guys helped me heaps! Needed a couple of bolts automotive related, none of the big Auto stores could help, nor Bunnings and these guys had me sorted in 2mins. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Helpful every time even if you only need a few bucks worth of screws and cheaper than the hardware stores by far. Been going there for years. Great business.

Went back to store after reviewing receipt and finding that I had been charged $50 per 100 for m5 rivnuts where at Bunnings they come in blister pack quantities for less than $40 per 100, but my main complaint was m5 x 20mm zinc counter sunk screws were $50 per 100, staff told me that was a 50% discount as their list price was $1 per screw, I can buy the same screw in stainless for under $11 per 100.Other than being surly and completely unhelpful, they told me that it wasn’t their fault as they didn’t set the prices, when I asked for the contact details of the person who does set the prices he had apparently retired.Have been coming here for more than ten years, never again.

Needed holes drilled into my number plate and VicRoads wouldn't help me - I thought I would try them. They were so kind and extremely helpful and did it for free which was a lovely surprise.
