Wow. A hidden oasis. Day spa is beautiful. But what about the B and B! Incredible. A step back in time. Gorgeous room and bed. Irish breakfast to die for. And best of all is the owner Kim. Very welcoming and a bundle of laughs. Even a good attempt at speaking Irish! Couldn't recommend any higher. Do yourself a favour and visit

What a treat it was to visit Blair Athol Estate! It was the perfect location for a girls weekend away with a friend, where we enjoyed time at the day spa with massages followed by an impressive platter and wine, a gorgeous room inside the homestead, and a delicious hot breakfast cooked by Kim, who is very attentive to her guests. It was also so relaxing to take a walk around the beautiful gardens of the estate. I hope to visit again one day. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful 2 night stay at Blair Athol. The estate is very close to town and has gorgeous surrounds available for you to explore. Rooms are cosy and comfortable with the century era decor making it an authentic stay. Kim is a superb hostess who flair and hospitality is second to none. Highly recommend.

Have just enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay at Blair Athol Estate. Kim was a terrific host with a wealth of knowledge about the history of the estate. Accommodation, furnishings, breakfast and hospitality was 5 star. We'll certainly be coming back for a longer stay to relax and enjoy the spa treatment.

Had a wonderful afternoon at the Spa at Blair Athol with my mum yesterday. From the welcome, the massages to the beautiful food and the drinks - we have been looked after so well. Amazing view, only a hand full of people at the same time and such a relaxing Ambiente. It was magnificent and sooo relaxing. I will be back for sure. Can't believe I haven gone earlier - it's just amazing.

Stayed over night in the Emerald Room, loved every minute of our stay at Blair Athol. Kim was so accomodating and welcoming. Aromatic, still-warm chocolate cookies in the afternoon are to savour on the upstairs balcony or down in the beautifully maintained parlours. The wonderful cooked breakfast before our next drive kept us going all day. Have booked a return for my birthday :)

Amazing period accommodation and grounds. Well kept and beautiful presented. Hostess is friendly and chatty, ask anything about the area and she can answer. Our accomodation included a 4 posted bed in a large bedroom with sitting area and separate bathroom. We had use of the downstairs sitting area, parlour and dining areas. The stars were as bright as you can imagine. The size also houses a day spa. Facials and massages are available and wonderful. Pool is filled with special water and there is use of the spa and sauna. You will enjoy. The bubbles and cheese platter just finish the delightful experience. Enjoy

What a peaceful place! Host was very friendly & happy to let us wander & relax at our own pace. We stayed for 3 nights & shook off all the stress of a horrendous few months. The dogs, horses, cat & even the chickens made us feel so very welcome! We'll be back.

Absolutely fabulous. Kim looked after us in a manner fit for royalty. The home is beautiful and is surrounded by stunning grounds. Breakfast was superb and generous. Just loved being at Blair Athol. We will be back for a longer stay for sure.

A fantastic place to stay. Kim is a great host that took care of everything. The house is a charming step back into the past giving you a look at what life was like for the well off at the start of the 20th century. Definitely worth a visit if you are staying in the area.
