Ordered floor tiles, kitchen splashback tiles. He pulled a fast one and did not deliver the tiles I'd ordered. Got floor tiles (from a different manufacturer) that were impossibe to keep clean and splashback tiles that had a wavy surface instead of flat. Never again. If you get tiles from him, make sure you check them before they get laid.
