Martin the sales person is very professional who considered our concerns and demand and resolved with his experience. The installation run smoothly today with all the workers did the job effectively and neat. They kept us informed about all the major steps and completed in a timely manner. I think we made a good decision to choose them for the solar panel installation.

We recently had a 6.6kw solar panel system installed by Sunrise Innovations. Alex the consultant was very helpful and took time to explain which system would suit our needs.The technician arrived on scheduled and completed the installation within a few hours. I had plenty of spare roof tiles as Alex explained that porcelain tiles break easily but they only used like 5.Once the installation was completed, the team leader would explain how the system works and what are the next steps. We also took a selfie together.As soon as i signed off that the job was completed the office called me straight away to make sure I was happy with everything. We are very happy with the service and will refer our family and friends who are looking to install solar panel system.

Installation was booked quickly, and at a date that suited me.Iian & his team arrived on time, and were all done by noon! Only delay is waiting for the inspection (not the installers fault) to go live and start saving.I did make a mistake setting up the app on my phone, but Prince on the support line resolved and got me cooking.Textbook transaction, 5+ stars

The whole experience was seamless from the initially sit down through to the install.The electricians also did a phenomenal job and went the extra mile when they had identified a fault with the existing wiring in our house. They spent etrax time to troubleshoot and make sure everything worked well and safe before they left for the day.

They arrived about 15 minutes early before the scheduled start time of 7:30 am, and completed the installation in just about 3 hours, particularly as there was rain forecast later in the day.The crew worked diligently and were incredibly organized, ensuring that everything was done properly and safely. They even took the time to clean up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.After the installation was complete, the next steps were explained to me clearly, ensuring that I understood what to expect moving forward.Their sales team, customer service, and installation crew all deserve a 5 out of 5 rating.

Our salesperson Jeff was professional and patient with his consultation. The installation went well with workers arriving on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end. After installation Natalie from the office was quick to get in touch to make sure we were happy and everything went smoothly .

The whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy.Booking the consult:Starting with the sales team and booking the initial consultation were not pushy or difficult. Answered questions considering the difficult circumstances i was in. For the first time in years i actually got the answers i needed.Consultation:The person came out (was actually a bit early) was really informative and provided great explanation and a comprehensive overview of the solution which was offered. Even setup the government grants, applied for the loan and everything while he was here. Was very simple and didn’t feel pressure to accept the deal. Fantastic!Installation:All booked and installed within 2 weeks of the consultation. The team arrived on time cleaned up after themselves and were in and done well within their scheduled time. Really accomodating in relation to placement of the inverter box and has been installed really well. A brilliant job and great team. All very well informed about the monitoring app and provided assistance configuring the app on my phone making sure it worked and i understood what i meant. Also providing really good explanation of the next steps regarding inspectors and dealing with the retailers if i wish to move electrical retailers.After sales support:The back office team kept up to date with installation dates confirming dates and times and telephone support calling to verify i was happy with install etc. As well as providing clear information which is easy to work with.Would i use this organisation again? Absolutely!Will i recommend them? Absolutely!Great team, great job - really happy! Time to sit back and let the sun save me some money!
