Not the best worded review by Jim Bob, I agree Lindsay but we also had a negative experience with SBRE. Sandra herself was all charm until we put an offer in that was scoffed at. We felt we were not taken seriously after that, gave us the impression we were wasting her time & hardly bothered to follow up on our enquiries on another property she had listed. We ended up buying a different property for almost $100k more from a different RE company only weeks later and that experience couldn’t have been more positive. Her astronaut ad is horrendous too!

Was given a value for our home by Sandra Berry Real Estate. Told we should go to Auction. When only one bidder bid and reserve was not met we were told that this is what the house was worth and would never get any more. Also told that we were dreaming for thinking otherwise. Will lie for a buck. wont use them again neither will any of my family or friends.

Firstly, not too sure what these other comments are on about (sound like rivals to me). I was completely blown away by the service not only from Sandra, but from the Property Management side of the business as well. Would highly recommend.

I would like to say i have had the most amazing experience with everyone at Sandra Berry Realestate. Even had the pleasure of meeting Sandra herself, lovely lady. But the best part of renting with this little office was having Fiona as our Property Manager, There is nothing she didnt attend to. No job too big or too small she is always there to contact.Thank you all again.
