Chester has spent many weekends and weeks with Rachel and the team at Paw’s. He started going as a puppy then as a teenager and now as a senior. It always makes me sad when I’m packing Chester’s bag to go to the Retreat as I will miss him but to see Chester smile and his tail wagging crazily when Rachel arrives to pick him up makes me feel so happy. The Retreat is really home away from home for Chester. Backyard to play with lots of grass, other doggies to play with, cuddles from Rachel and the team and lots of lounging around and even allowed on the bed! Thanks for making Chester so happy and safe and keeping me updated with pics.

My puppy absolutely LOVES Rachel! Sending him to Paw to the Floor makes me enjoy my holidays so much more knowing he is extremely well looked after! She is so good at keeping me up to date with how he is doing and sending lots of photos with all his new friends he's met during his stay.

My dog Ziggy (Kelpie X Collie) had the most wonderful time on his doggy retreat. It was great to go away on holiday and know that he was in safe hands and having too much fun to miss us. We will absolutely use this retreat again and would highly recommend it.

Thank you Rachel for looking after our Cavoodle Rex so well for his 8 day stay with your Doggy Retreat in the Hunter Valley over Christmas 2021. Every day Rachel sent us photos of Rex and we could see how happy and relaxed he was with you and the other dogs boarding there. We knew Rex was in capable hands and was safe and happy. Doggy retreat has gone above and beyond for my fur baby Dozer (staffy).He comes home so tired from a fun filled day of play and walkies. When he stays over he gets the most attention and is even allowed on the lounge! Racheal sends photos and updates which keeps you very reassured that your doggy is having the best time.I wouldn't take Dozer anywhere else now! Thankyou Doggy retreat!

Rachel was so good looking after our puppy Roxy whilst we were on our holiday. She saved us given the late cancellation of another dog sitter on the morning we were flying out! Rachel sent us photos of Roxy playing with the other dogs at the property at the Doggy Retreat Hunter Valley. I highly recommend Rachel and the team at Paw to the Floor. Amazing service.

My puppy Evie had such a wonderful time with Rachel at the Doggy retreat. I think Evie was sad to come home!Rachel treats all the dogs like her own. Ensures they are well looked after and having a great time.Absolutely would recommend.Thank you Paws to the Floor!

Georgie had the best stay at the Doggy Retreat! She came home exhausted and well looked after. Was lovely heading away knowing she was also having a fabulous holiday and being treated like a member of the fam. She’s excited to go back at Xmas time ☺️

Great care of our 3 girls cavoodles at short notice. Even spotted a health issue with one.Our dogs were safe, secure and well catered for. Thanks for your short notice help and letting them stay close on the lounge when they were missing us
