Ash is an amazing mechanic whose attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is unparalleled in the industry. Time and time again he has over delivered for me which is why after 13 years I would not think of going to anyone else. He’s happy to do the simple jobs as well as the highly complex, machining and parts creation tasks I have asked him to do over the years.He is truly an artisan bike mechanic whose skills far out do any other mechanic I have come across. I could not recommend him enough.His pick up and drop of service is incredibly convenient and his prices and turn around times are very reasonable.

Ashley and Stephen remind me of what old customer service used to feel like. Nothing is too much trouble and they provide honest appraisals of all work that requires doing. Importantly, their work is absolutely top notch, from wheel builds to servicing, they just get it right.Live Southside, work in the City and make a special effort to drive to HGR for all my bike needs. 100% recommend the boys and service, without hesitation.

Got a puncture and tire blowout on a nearby trail. Super lucky to have found this place. Supplied and fitted a new tube and tire on the spot. Top quality service and Keegan is a brilliant bloke as well!

To Ashley and his team, Thanks so Very Much for fixing the Gears on my bike. I have just been on a 2 hour test ride and it was fantastic, cant believe the difference and all over such a small item. Nice to be able to deal with some guys who really know what they are talking about and do not rip you off.Will be back for sure, Thanks again,Tony Salvage.

Ashley was a great guy. Pumped the tires up on my bike for nothing.and helped put the wheel back on. Also adjusted brakes. I would recommend him to anyone with bike problems. Also asked about how much a service would cost which was a reasonable price.

I only trust my bikes with Ash. He picks up my bike in Brisbane and drives back up to the sunshine Coast, does his magic and delivers back to me. Five stars for customer service.
