Absolutely abysmal customer service. This has to be the worst BMW dealership in NSW. When I enquired about upgrading to a newer model 118i the attached image was the response I got. interested". That was the tip of the iceberg from their employee David Petroff.He called me repeatedly when I had asked him to only email me as I was at work and cannot take calls.He never addressed me with "hello

.Very nice people and very friendly. They feel like friends. My car is 16 years old now and the only thing wrong with it is a few light surface scratches, just shy of 300,000kms BMW are really good! Regular maintenance goes a long way
