Euroa Arboretum

A great area to enjoy native gardens. They have some story boards up along tracks now, with QR codes coming soon to listen to Taungurung Elders talk about the area.Taungurung Land and Waters council will be running guided tours of the ARB later this year/early next year.

Terrific place, with natural bushland, walking tracks dam with fish. We assembled the family for a major birthday celebration and it was a great success. A couple of under cover areas with table. Toilets available and power, no powered BBQs. Easy stop if you're traveling the hume freeway, put the Euroa Arboretum in maps and enjoy a relaxing stop.

In the voice of Christopher Walken -Now, let me tell you about Euroa Arboretum. It's a fine place to take a break from driving, but it's not exactly a barrel of monkeys, if you know what I mean.Sure, there's trees of all kinds, but it's not like you're gonna see a tree that's gonna knock your socks off. I mean, a tree is a tree, right? But, I guess if you're into that sorta thing, then Euroa Arboretum might just be your cup of tea.But let me tell you, don't go expecting to find any five-star accommodations there. They ain't got no fancy restaurants or cocktail bars. It's just you, the trees, and maybe a bench if you're lucky.On the bright side, it's a pretty tranquil place. So, if you're in the mood for a little peace and quiet, or you just wanna get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then Euroa Arboretum might be just the ticket.In conclusion, Euroa Arboretum is a decent spot to rest your feet and catch your breath, but don't go expecting a party or anything. Unless, of course, you're a big fan of trees.

Nice spot for a short walk with bird hide

As Brits we enjoyed visiting Euroa as it gave us a potted version of the Bush. There are toilets and picnic benches. The nursery is closed between November and March. We used this as a stop off on our journey to Melbourne just so we could stretch our legs with a nice walk around the lake.

Great quiet spot to rest up on your long journey. Best o drop by before sunset. This place provides public toilet apparently but nowhere to be found.

Not a bad walking spot

Good for a quick stretch and toilet. Toilet is not far from the parking area - there's a map, but basically from carpark, if you follow the pond anti clockwise, you'll see a metal bridge/walkway. Walk through it and look to right at the end of the path. There's a hut and that's the toilet.There's a nursery but the sign says it's closed Nov -Mar
