Massive shout out to Jo...Firstly, his customer service is always a massive 10/10 - he even offered my daughter a hot drink while she was waiting. I've never had that before! Ans than my hair!!!! Omg- I LOVE IT. I went in there with a screen shot of a photo and expectations but i didn't even bother to show him I just explained what I was after and walked out so happy and it was exactly how I wanted it also pretty close to my picture ! Will be back!! I think he is a talent in the making and alovely young man.Lauren

I hadn’t been to a hairdresser in several years… busy life and would simple cut the ends of my hair with blunt kitchen scissors! I decided to treat myself to an actual haircut and colour that wasn’t from the supermarket, the team was so welcoming, very friendly and professional, my head is still numb from the head massage, my hair feels and looks AMAZING! I’ve received so many compliments from friends, family and even strangers! I don’t like treating myself however I will be returning to this salon as there is not one thing I can fault (I am a picky person and a control freak)Outstanding service, I high recommend this hairdresser!!

A strange experience. When I booked I was asked if I was a pensioner. I confirmed that I am. Just wanted a straightforward trim across my past my shoulders hair. Came time to pay and I asked if they wanted to see my pension card, was told no. Was charged $69... double that advertised. Today I was booked in for highlights...just wanted a few foils...had been told to get 1/2 head. Thought I had better call this morning to see what I was up for...was told $280! On their website it says $145?I had been a client of the previous owners...place was buzzing. This time I was the only customer. No music no conversation not initiated by myself.

Beautifully clean, bright and airy hair salon where you are greeted with a warm welcome. Mark knew exactly how to cut my very coarse, thick hair into a very sharp style. I am very impressed with his expertise.

Excellent friendly staff, a great scalp massage sets the mood for a relaxing haircut amidst fresh pleasant decor. Very pleasant enjoyable experience that makes one want to return. All this along with great price is hard to beat. CIAO

Had an amazing experience at this salon yesterday, I am up from Sydney and wanted to feel fresh and the lovely Jo did just that!It was the best wash & blow dry I have had, he took his time and it was amazing.Thank you thank you thank you
